🙂 Any claim you put on the page needs to be run through this “formula.” Basically, the copy has to answer the question “So what? See the testimonial / proof area of this post for examples of what proof can be.

My caution on this formula is that you should not cut important, meaningful phrases or words in the interest of being concise. Be concise, but don’t take that to mean “short.”Well, a few groups have put a few of the formulas into a few generators. And, to be sure, they’re mostly good for a laugh, not for actually doing the work of laying out a page, writing a headline, optimizing a bullet list, writing a button or tweeting.
